Volunteer/Employment Application
We are no longer accepting applications for 2010 summer camp employment.
We
are very excited that you are interested in our art program. Please see the
below instructions for either volunteering and/or employment.
Volunteer:
For
those of you wishing to volunteer please complete the Volunteer/Employment form
only and circle on the top of the application volunteer. After completing the form please forward to the
museum address located at Lowe Art Museum, University of Miami, 1301 Stanford
Drive,
Coral
Gables, FL 33124. Attn: Children’s Pavilion.
Once
we have reviewed your volunteer application you will be sent a specific
Volunteer Agreement along with the timeline of your responsibilities sent to
you via email. These forms will need to signed and turned in your first day
of volunteering into Beaux Arts Children’s
Pavilion Chair(s) at the time.
Employment:
For those of you wishing to be employed you will need
to complete the following forms which include the Volunteer/Employment form and
circle on the top of the application employment along with Form I-9, and W-4 Form. After completing the forms please
forward to the museum address located at Lowe Art Museum, University of Miami,
1301 Stanford Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33124. Attn: Children’s Pavilion.
Once we have reviewed the employment applications
we will then have your specific contract agreement and timeline of your
responsibilities sent to you via email. These forms will need to be signed and
turned in your first day of work into the Beaux Arts Children Pavilion Chair(s) at
the time.
The possible employment levels are the following:
Second Lead Teacher, Junior Teacher, Senior Aide, and Junior Aide.
We will start contacting you in the month of March
for Summer Employment and for the Winter/Holiday Project we will start to
contact you in September/October.

application form, if we cannot read it will be difficult to contact you and we
would not want to miss you.
Beaux Arts appreciates your continued service to
our efforts to raise funds for the Lowe Art Museum. Through the Children’s
Pavilion Art Camps and Art Classes, Beaux Arts is able to educate and bring the
arts to hundreds of children, while raising all needed funds for the museum.
